I came for a one day in erbil and want to see lacantana and put my review on it , unfortunately this is the first time this happened to me and to my Guest’s , I’ve been in the most expensive and luxurious restaurants all around the word and I really know how they treating there guests. First off all the security is pretending to be the manager although the reservation girl sitting just behind the glass, I told him i want the manager to speak to him , am the manager he said ! After 5 min of talking he told the girl to come, she said you need to be a family and to have a reservation otherwise you won’t enter! Am not complaining about the family policy although it’s racist ! But you have to treat the guests better than that especially if they told you we are coming for the repetition of the restaurant . At the end the security guy just says to the reservation girl ( do they have a problem!!!) am just saying, if we speak with them more they gonna hit us or what ? Hope to do more than...
