There’s a new place that has been opened in the center of duhok, which is located on Ashty Road. There are many restaurants that i love, but 4s restaurant is where i love the most, and the reason for that is because of their “chicken Kapsa” which is my favorite meal from all. Chicken Kapsa, also known as "Majboos" or "Machboos," is a traditional Middle Eastern dish that is popular in countries like Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, and the United Arab Emirates. Food was bland, Fatouch was so bland and unseasoned and the tomatoes tasted like they were taken out of a dumpster truck, service was horrid and very judgmental, Told my dad he was blind because he couldnt see the menu EVEN THOUGH the problem was theirs and they had the brightness lowered down to absolute darkness on the ipad menu, The atmosphere was like being in a zoo, there were ants climbing on me and flies everywhere with no bug management, they were turning off the A/C every 2 mins after turning it on and not listening to our order, dont suggest coming here,...

I recently dined at 4 Seasons , and I was thoroughly impressed by the quality of the food. Every dish was a delightful blend of flavors and textures, clearly prepared with the freshest ingredients.
