On 14th February 2024 I had lunch here, actually on my way to our Erbil office I saw that they opened before. Anyways, about the restaurant first thing I would like to mention it's opened by an Italian lady who welcomes customers in a very pleasant way, special thanks to her for kind hospitality. Once you enter place you will see patisserie/bakery, on the right side there is restaurant part. I kindly note a point that menu is too much professional for anyone who's not familiar with Italian cousin. Too many options potentially confuse customers instead of helping them giving many options. The most terrible customer service I've ever seen in my life, the waiter behavior just wasn't normal he came 3 times to take our order even though we just set for 5 minutes he was so rude after finishing he just stared at us like you eat and now go , we asked for the bill he said you can go to cash counter!
