This place appears to be nice when you first walk in, but you will quickly realize their shortcomings and that you’ve made a mistake by coming. Just look closely at the other positive reviews and you’ll discover most of them are employed here or involved with the management. To clarify, if you are a local that has somehow convinced the management here that you are important and influential, then you will likely enjoy yourself, but you aren’t reading this review, so this isn’t for you. For the rest of us ex-pats looking for a nice place to eat, have a drink, enjoy the atmosphere with professional and decent service…..then please keep looking because this is NOT that kind of place. I have been twice now and it is abundantly clear that the management simply has no idea about how to professionally manage a restaurant or staff. The staff run around in complete chaos, while management corrects and disciplines them out in the dining room, even at guests tables. The staff continue to cluster up and apparently have not been given any clear direction on what their job roles are or how to properly serve tables and guests. It really isn’t the staff’s fault, they seem willing and hard working, but the management clearly doesn’t know what they are doing and will run this place into the ground eventually. My food took forever to arrive, it was extremely overcooked and tough. The captain serving my table was never around to help in any way. It really is a very poorly ran place that needs to be avoided, in my opinion. But if you like chaos, overcooked food and feeling like you are in the way and neglected, then you may fit right in at this place. I really had high hopes for this place and wanted it to be my new favorite, but trust me and save yourself time, just keep looking and go...
