Food was below average however most KFC in this country is. Staff looked like they just been sentenced to prison not as much as a smile between them but sure fair enough it’s Sunday, but the absolute state of the men’s toilets is unforgivable. I’m convinced they were designed so they could not be used. So there’s two toilets, on the left is spotless, you could eat your snack box off of it however there’s no door so that explains that. The one on the right you would need to a gymnast to get in as the door pushes inwards for some reason. All the young ones that were working there today at 7pm weren’t so good. One girl on the till looked like she rolled her eyes at the customer when he’s ordering with a child. My order was rushed, the mini fillet burger was completely destroyed as it was just thrown into the bag caused it to be upside down. One of the wraps is wrong we ordered two bbq ones got one bbq and other one that we got was flamin hot. Please sort the staff out as that is unacceptable for the way they are behaving. Service just terrible coming from the young teenage staff. And the girl at the till had the decency to judge me when I came in and asked her to make me a new burger since the other one wasn’t edible. Service was poor very poor at the drive through, 1st of all the person serving us kept repeating back a different order to what I was asking for! Then she asks me to drive round to the window and place the order, when I did she repeated back another orde! Then when she gave me my order I asked for DIP's for which she returned to the window with paper cups and asked me how many did I want😠😠😠 The food! I asked for a teriyaki burger meal and ended up with a zinger tower🫨🫨 my daughter asked for 4 hot wings!! Let's just say there was more heat in a bottle of brown sauce.
