Tea and Tones Shannon — Restaurant in County Clare

I found out about Tea & Tones through the Volunteers at Illaunmanagh Parkrun, so I decided to try it out with my husband. I ordered poached eggs & avocado on toast and my husband ordered the Vegetarian breakfast. They were both very tasty and the coffee is great here. The Cafe was very busy when we arrived, but we didn't have to wait for a table, we were lucky enough that a couple were leaving when we arrived. The staff were kept busy, but they were all very friendly, helpful & had smiles on their faces. Can't wait to go back & trying out something else on the menu. Such a fabulous, authentic restaurant with delicious food and incredible service! Elaine and her beautiful crew treated us like family and even brought out the tastiest apple-berry crumble that was the best dessert we had in Ireland. I was especially delighted to find that they even served gluten free bread so I could enjoy the ham and cheese toastie! This is a must-visit if you're in Shannon or flying out of this town....
