If you have read my previous reviews, you would know I do not give high ones easy (if any). Where do I STRT?! I will start with the only small negative thing. The walk to the restaurant is dark. It is fine if you are in a car as there is planty of parking, but if you are walking, you need a torch.

Now, to the actual restaurant and food: From the outside, it does not look like much, but once inside, boy o boy! It feast for the eyes. Walking in, the staff are friendly and engaging. They make you feel at ease. The chef came out and greated us. Explained the manu and gave suggestions. The food did take a bit of time to come. Once it arrived though .... goodness me. Very generous portions.

I got the Mad Cow. A brisket burger. It was beautiful. Juicy, soft, and a lot of flavour. Other people got different things and they were all very happy.

The deserts vert just as big. Mostly Sundays. We got them to go.

Close to an American/Texas Stake House. And very friendly...

Awesome food... Got takeaway so didn't get to enjoy the atmosphere but looks good.... The chicken wings and burgers were out of this world.... Highly recommend...

I recently visited Snugborough in Letterkenny and dined in for the first time and was impressed with the experience. We tried the fish tacos and they were delicious, with a great balance of flavors and textures. The loaded fries were a hit with my kid, who loved all the toppings, and the pizza was also great. The restaurant has a warm and inviting atmosphere, and the staff were friendly and attentive. I would definitely recommend Snugborough for anyone looking for a tasty and enjoyable meal.

Update Their pulled pork burger recently was a bit of a letdown compared to their beef burger. The meat was hard and that just ruined the experience. The kid enjoyed her smashed burger so everything wasn't bad. A bit disappointed as I had high hopes for...

Went here for Sunday breakfast. Got shown to our seat promptly. Chose our food went to the counter to order and was told to wait for fifteen minutes as they were busy and couldn’t take any more orders. Got to order 15mins later. In an order of 6 people two drinks came out after 20 mins further drinks came out 10 mins later. Food orders took another 20 mins and only 3 out of six meals came. They had taken the wrong order for 2 of the remaining so went back to rectify. There was no sign of the other meal. 25 mins later other food arrived well mostly had forgotten part of the order. I understand that places are busy but this is my second time eating here and same experience. There won’t be a third time. Service appalling. Food ok when you get it. Although don’t understand the breakfast served on a brown paper bag when you cut into your food you get the experience of eating paper...

We went to Snugborough for a class party. This is what my students had to say about their experiences. Snugborough is nice and cosy. Lots of cool cars and motorbikes. The seats were so soft and cosy. The food in Snugborough was so great, it was hot and tasty. The chef did a fantastic job making the food. I had Mac and Cheese, my first time trying it and it was out of this world. The time I went into snugborough i thought it was so lovely, they have beautiful lights I would definitely come back. Valerie and Daniel looked after all so well. They were so helpful and kind .They made us so welcome. Food is lovely. It was hot, nice big portions. I had macaroni and cheese the flavor was lovely and it was nice and cheesy and I had a brownie it was nice and chocolatey fugie, out of this world! 10/10 We all loved our time at Snugborough! Thanks so much Jacqui, James and team!

Visited with family as a large party of 8 people. I cannot fault anything, the service and food was honestly the more than 5 stars. Lee, the head chef was incredibly hospitable, serving generous portions of high quality food. We were all very well looked after by Lee and Josh, our server. The food tasted fantastic, you can tell that love and care is put into each dish. We all loved everything that we ate. Portion sizes were huge and we took leftovers home! As someone who loves finding great food places, this was amazing. Would highly recommend and would absolutely visit again.
