Niche Cafe — Restaurant in County Galway

Decided to eat in and have a quick lunch and ordered a sandwich and a hot drink. I'd recommend the chicken + chorizo sandwich (came with some side nachos) but I thought the hot white chocolate was way too sweet. Due to it being near town centre I'd take it becomes busy during peak hours during weekdays. I went during the weekend so it wasn't as busy but there were a handful of customers coming in and out ordering and collecting their order while I was there. We Ordered the Special Burger with chips. (11Euro each). Told it would take 20 mins as they were busy. Went for a walk and returned at the time. Waited another bit and food arrived ... Chips were roasting and plenty of them. The Burger was beautiful but unfortunately it was ice cold. I hate cold burgers hence the deduction in score. Not going to lie, it was the pictures that drew me in but even though they were amazing, the photos did not do it justice.

The food was beyond incredible, best cheese toastie I've ever had in my life. I ordered an almond milk mocha that was also delicious and at perfect temperature.

I was only two bites into my toastie and I was already planning my next trip up to Tuam for another visit to Niche.
