Food is excellent and servers are very nice. Maybe too nice! They spend a lot of time talking to customers and may forget something you actually ordered or it takes time to catch their attention to order another drink or ask for something they forgot or is missing from your order.
Not much to say about the atmosphere. It's quiet and really made by those around you so it's dependent on who is there at the time you go. Decor is fine. Nothing to write home about.
As always with eateries in the whole complex, excellent allergen information on the online menus (not on the physical ones in-house... You do have to keep refering to the online one on your phone).
Kids menu is very good and the deserts were enjoyed by all. My youngest enjoyed the fruit covered in white chocolate and sprinkles. The other two had brownies which are pretty much the same across each establishment. Probably from the central kitchen.
Prices are reasonable enough and overall a pleasant experience in comparison to other spots within Centre Parcs. I've been going to Centre Parcs every year since it opened. Sometimes twice a year. Huck's and this place are by far the best in terms of service and wait time. Don't be afraid to try this place if you fear spicy food. There are plenty of options that are quite mild and the flavours are worth it. Give it a try. Kids menu was very reasonable.
A little work on service and bringing all food out at the same time rather than in drips and drabs would be better. I noticed others commenting on the attentiveness of staff that was lacking (just taking too much time at other tables)... Even though they were super friendly and very chatty. We'll certainly be back again. Nothing that would...
Read moreThe atmosphere was nice, the restaurant looks cool and cozy but our experience was not good. I ordered the mix of 4 dishes which was poor. 23 euro for 3 prawns, 2 bites of chicken, 1 bite of salmon and 1 little piece of lamb (half of it was the bone). I shared my dish with my husband since they messed up the order and he got something wrong so they took time to give him what he wanted. The staff, a part the boys, was not friendly (they even didn't apologize for the wrong dish that my husband got, the girl just said "that's ok, I'll get you the chicken") and above all they don't have a changing table. When I asked them how I was supposed to change my baby's dirty nappy they told me to go to out and walk to another place. I was shocked with the answer even because there's the symbol of the baby on their...
Read moreWay too over priced. 17 euro for a bowl of Currey with hardly any chicken and the worst part is that the price does not include rice which is an extra 4 to five euro. Honestly centre parcs you can do better than this. You must be actively discouraging people from eating in the park. Children's menu very limited in every restaurant here and not suitable for younger children under the age of 2. A baby bowel with mash and veg would be a good option. Younger children can't just eat chips chicken nuggets and burgers all the time. Overall it was ok but not worth the...
