Staff, especially Isobel was super attentive and very polite. Had a really nice diner service with my partner despite some bad reviews I've read online. (There's always some Karen's out there for sure). I've asked for a medium rib eye steak which was in fact medium and delicious. I should've taken a photo but I was enjoying myself so much that having a phone in my hand didn't seem necessary. There was a lovely atmosphere in the room and overall the service was on point! Superb! My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed three evening meals there during our spa break at the Hodson Bay Hotel. The ambience is classy and the Restaurant is in tip top condition.
