Subway is Subway, so you mostly know what you're getting, but this place needs someone in to manage it desperately. Customers who are face to face at the counter are left standing there ignored while the staff fulfil Deliveroo orders first. Ot was 15 minutes between me getting my dub and my sister getting hers, and we were next to each other in the queue! Staff didn't understand a single word I said. I ordered 2 Texmexan one without salsa sauce and one with both salsa and chipotle but recieved one with salsa missing chipotle and one without salsa and I the chicken felt undercooked.
