The worst experience I've ever had at a pub. I was there last night with five of my mates, and after having been there for two and a half hours one of the bar staff came up to our table to collect our empty glasses, and when one of my friends asked if we could get three more pints of Guinness, he suddenly snapped and accused my friend of being too drunk, that he wouldn't be served any more drinks and that he has to leave the premises immediately. My friend was not in the slightest bit drunk, and there were other individuals at other tables screaming across at each other who were far more intoxicated than anyone at our table. Read moreRude staff, went there last week was refused entry as the staff said it was full, yet when waiting outside for a taxi we seen multiple people walking in with no bother. Went back yesterday to do our secret Santa which we had planned from earlier this week, we wanted to go somewhere nice for something to eat, we had a 2 drinks each, with food, when the man taking our glasses, Alan, told us that our friend was too drunk and we had to leave. When we tried to explain that our friend was not drunk he slammed his hands on the table and told us that we were “pissing him off” , there was no problem with us at the table until our two friends of colour came in, then we were ignored by table staff and were thrown out 20 minutes later. We feel as though there was discrimination towards our two friends. Not...
