KFC Clonmel - Poppyfields Retail Park — Restaurant in The Borough District of Clonmel

I ordered in KFC earlier today threw the drive thru at around 2 o'clock my order came to €32.80 that was for 2 box meals and a kids meal I gave them €52.80 I was due back €20 they never gave me my change when I phoned them back they told me they would cheak the till and phone me back at the end of the day I told them to cheak the camera they said they can't and that they would ring me back at the end of the day and they did not ring me back at all I phoned them 48 times since and they did not answer my calls after ensuring me they would contact me back I feel like I have been ripped off and I just know now when I ring back tomorrow there gonna deny it about my change I would not have left this review if they had sorted it and phoned me like they said they would have because I am a regular...

Would give no stars if possible, 99% of the staff need to be taught manners, completely rude Will definitely not be back or recommending, will tell all family and friends to stay clear. Staff were rolling their eyes the entire time and passing very rude remarks about my parent. Absolutely appalling behaviour from the staff. Completely ruined our experience . We sat down at 8.30pm to eat as the opening hours said 10 o'clock while eating the staff locked the door at 9pm and started cleaning they cleaned the table behind ours multiple times when we were the only ones sitting down. I have never felt more uncomfortable while eating in a restaurant. Had the sign said 9pm was closing time I would have got the food to takeaway. We left at 9.20pm 40 minutes before the closing time listed...

Ordered a regular sized meal started eating until I felt a hair in my mouth pulled it out and it was a black piece of hair. Waited 10 minutes just for the guy to tell me he can't give me money back for my meal as it could be anybody hair showed him my hair I have brown hair with blonde highlights and showed him the hair told hom it couldn't be mine as I've a completely diffrent hair colour said he still couldn't give me my money back all he could give me was a small ice cream or regular sized drink. Terrible service about 3 people in there working waiting in line for to long need more staff! The tables are all out in the open no booths/stalls for a bit of privacy wouldn't reccomend you waste your time and money in this place I won't be going...
