I wish i could give this place a zero i got there and sat down for 10 seconds me and my two friends were discussing what to buy when a lady with ginger hair who worked there came up to us and shouted at us saying " You guys need to leave this is not a picnic area i always have 2 clean up after use " this was our FIRST time there so i dont know what she was talking about then i told her this is my first time here so i dont know why u shouting at us and then a group of other teenagers came and sat down for 10 minutes and she didnt say anthing and they didnt buy anything when she went and confronted them she asked them nicely to either buy something or leave and chatted with them and they didnt buy anything and they didnt leave and she did nothing i feel like she discriminated against us as me and my friends were black and the other group of teenagers where white and she let them sit there without...

I came in around half 2 and asked for a white hot chocolate and millionaire shortbread. After paying for this, the staff member realised he had no millionaire short bread so I went for a caramel crisp. There was a 5c cent difference I was told. If the 5c was owed to me I would have said no it's fine, but no he needed 5c and actually asked me for it. This was very surprising as for the sake of 5c I wouldn't expect them to be that scabby. Then a normal hot chocolate was made. I specified it was supposed to be a white one and was then told they had no white hot chocolate. It wasn't until after I'd finished my lukewarm hot chocolate that I realised I hadn't been offered the return of the difference in price of the two hot chocolates and had to go back up myself to ask for it. Shocking treatment by one of the staff covered in tattoos who shouted at my daughter and her friends as only 1 of them purchased a coffee. When 2 others went up to order she refused to serve them and then came across saying they are taking up space, even though it was a bank Holiday and the place was deserted. She then said I'm kicking you out and I'm allowed to. Disgusting behaviour and reading the reviews I see that this isn't an isolated case. As such I'll be lodging a formal complaint with Costa head office and ensure everyone we know in Navan and surrounds avoids this coffee shop until management can take control and remove staff who have no business being in...
