The Dovecote — Restaurant in Michael

I had a lovely time here, a peaceful and friendly spot where everything feels made with care. I had a homemade quiche with salad, followed by a scone and a cup of tea (which was perfect!), and my friends enjoyed soup, sandwiches, and cakes. Everything was fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented.

We sat and chatted for ages, it’s that kind of place where no one rushes you, and the world seems to slow down a little. The staff were so kind and welcoming, and the whole tea room has a gentle charm that makes you want to linger.

We went on the afternoon of Saturday 7th December for their Christmas Afternoon Tea, it was an enjoyable experience to say the least, very friendly atmosphere, staff were really good and attentive without being intrusive, the food above all was excellent and plentyful to the extent what we couldn't eat was boxed for us to take home, thoroughly reccomend the Dovecote for food, service...

Lovely cafe / tea rooms. We went on a Saturday not realising that it is best to book and they were busy but they were very kind and squeezed us in.
