We had been planning for months to try out this place but we were terribly disappointed. Between the two of us, we ordered a starter and a main course, and then had to pay another 50nis for the 12 small salads and bread that come with the main course because we had ordered only one main course and not two. The waiter mentioned the extra cost and it is written in small print in the menu, but we misunderstood. Anyway, we would have overlooked the 50nis for the little salads, if the the food would have been better. My husband's Ankara salad was a regular chicken salad, nothing special, and my chicken mix was flavourless. The only tasty item on my plate was The Thousand Island sauce on my salad side. Service was slow and our waiter was inattentive. The bread came after we were half way through the salad. We were not offered water. And we waited nearly 10minutes after finishing our meal for the bill and ultimately just paid at the cashier. We are not going back to...

This is a Turkish style grill. When you order a main course, you get 12 small salads of all sorts with round breads baked in a taboon oven. I had the spicy Turkish kebabs, which were really quite hot but juicy and very tasty. I like spicy food, but these were a challenge for me. They were served on a bed of burgl wheat, which moderated the spice of the meat. Actually I enjoyed the portion very much. Dessert was baklava, full of nuts and sweet. Food was tasty, tbh - tho the steak was lacking flavor and kinda tough. The wait staff were nice, but kind of inattentive. I had to ask 3 times for another pita to be brought, and waited 15 minutes for it. They didn’t clear the table in between the appetizer and main, leaving us with a small table full of empty plates. They also completely forgot to bring us drinks - which were obviously ordered at the beginning. Overall, tasty food, but weak service. Would love to rate higher if these issues can...
