I visited this restaurant yesterday during the hottest day of the year in Jerusalem. Unfortunately, the air conditioning was completely broken, making the dining area unbearably hot - like sitting in a sauna. As a 6-month pregnant woman, the heat was particularly difficult for me. I politely asked the owner if I could move to a table near the entrance door where there were two fans providing some relief. The restaurant was nearly empty (only 5 customers total), so there was plenty of space available. However, the owner refused my request, stating that I might block access to their souvenir shop - despite the fact that no one was using the shop and the restaurant was practically empty. When I explained that I could barely breathe in the extreme heat, he simply said “I can’t help you with anything” and offered no alternative solutions or even an apology. The lack of basic customer service and empathy was shocking. I had no choice but to leave after 30 minutes of suffering in the heat. Not once did the owner apologize for the broken AC or the uncomfortable conditions. I cannot recommend this establishment. Poor facilities, inflexible service, and complete disregard for customer comfort and safety - especially concerning for pregnant women or anyone with health...
Read moreOwner of the place wasn’t welcoming, showed us that she’s giving us a favor to sit in the place because she’s in “a good mood” to sit in the terrace area when it’s very unprofessional to state (just because I’m in my mood today I’ll give you a table, so if your not? You will do what?) (the idea of the owner herself choosing your spot and where to be isn’t welcoming). The waitress 1st one pretended that he didn’t see us calling him and kept walking, after 20 min he came back and said did you order when his eyes contacted our eyes while ignoring us and knew that we finished ordering. 2nd waitress that took the order isn’t professional (me and my friend ordered coffee as a start) after ordering he said ONLY!!!? in such way and expression.. I’m a customer I order anything I want at anytime I want wether it’s a full table or not, if you have issues with ordering two coffees for two people then provide a minimum order or entry to the place. Very bad experience as living outside of Jerusalem for 10 years seeing the development and advancement of places specially the service, coming back after 10 years to Jerusalem and visiting such place that is considered in a very strategic spot is very disappointing and very...

Excellent location, beautiful restaurant, service is great! Waiters were very professional.
The food is great in terms of quality, but the quantities have dropped sharply since the last time i visited and the prices have gone up.
We ordered the pizza in taboon and it was delicious the last time we visited.
This time we ordered seafood, entrecote and chicken, the food tasted nice, very expensive and the quantities were very low, for example, we recieved a large plate that contained huge amounts of rice, onion, and barely a drop of chicken. I can count the amount of shrimp that i recieved barely on both hands, yet it costed almost 100 nis. I have been to many gourmet restaurants like calamaris in haifa and it charged the same, but the quantities were different, and the quality is the same or better.
Might need to up their dessert game a bit. Milkshakes were too sweet, and the lebnanese nights dessert was not very close to the real thing.
Still recommend the place for the location, service, drinks and pizza. If you want more than that, plan on spending, a lot, or alternatively go...
