It's been a place our family has come in to dine for over 20 years and, unfortunately, we won't be coming back again due to some extremely underhanded business practices.

We've come in at lunch and they had their value lunch menu option (main + sides + drink) on offer. We wanted to order 2 business lunches and 2 mains for a family of 4, upon which the cashier (owner/co-owner of the restaurant) told us we can't do that, either all go for the value menu or none, with a myriad of excuses as to why - it's not intended for families, it's specifically for people that stop by for lunch on their work day, they're losing money on that and so on. Naturally, none of the above excuses are stated on the value menu itself, which makes it an obvious and very blatant attempt to try and eke out more money from their customers.

This place is part of the Asa chain of grill restaurants. Everything here is clear and simple, just a wide choice of the local grill choices, with local salads and a choice of Hummus. You order at the counter and then get your food served to the table. As I said it is very simple and far from being fancy. You even set the table for yourself with knives and forks and can freely take fresh pita bread as much as you want.
