McDonald's — Restaurant in Mate Yehuda Regional Council

Great customer service. No vegan selection! One of the kind McWorkers helped me with the menu to look up the (non-existent) vegan selection. He gets the first star. This branch (located just before the entrance into Jerusalem) does not offer the vegan burger meal. And they don’t even have vegan milk (for coffee). I had to satisfy my hunger with a large order of home fries, five packets of ketchup and Zero cola. Anyways, I was glad to see that McDonald’s now use carton drinking straws. So that’s the other star. Not a pilgrimage...

I made my order and waited patiently for over 30 minutes without receiving my food.

When I checked in with the staff and showed my receipt, I was told that I had already been given the order and had eaten it, which was absolutely not the case.

I had been sitting visibly near the front the entire time. The staff, all younger workers, were dismissive and didn’t handle the situation respectfully. Overall, it was an uncomfortable and frustrating experience that I hope management...

McDonald's was very busy when we went. I do love that they also have healthy options such as a salad. The workers were trying to do their best but I do think there were few workers and a lot of work, so the workers looked completely overwhelmed. So I hope they would higher more workers in busy days such as Saturday. The food was delicious and I loved having the option...
