ILAN'S - Gibor House — Restaurant in Ramat Gan

DISGUSTING BATHROOMS! Indifferent service. Below-average coffee.

I had made an appointment in the building and walked into Ilan’s for a quick coffee break. I also ordered a sandwich.

The coffee was below average. It’s not the barista’s fault. I guess Ilan’s doesn’t have really good barista training.

I ordered a sandwich, which at first they warmed up, but the wrapper stuck to the bread. They gave me a new one, but it was cold. They didn’t try to find a way of warming it up without the wrapper and said “It’s better that way.” I was hungry and didn’t want to make a fuss.

The sandwich itself was just okay. The crust was dry and inedible.

The coffee and sandwich cost me NIS46 (over $12!) - December 2022. Not worth it at all.

The staff members need a shower.

Now, the bathrooms - disgusting 🤮 non-hygienic, filthy and stunk!

The health department should close this branch until the management brings...

I guess the food is good enough and some of the things on the menu seem kind of interesting, but this place has some of the most confused staff I've ever encountered. They don't seem to have any idea what's in stock at any given time, or even what's on the menu, let alone complex questions like what their business meal actually includes. This has been a recurring observation from several times...

Decent place for lunchtime. Sandwiches are good and fresh. The pastries are also good. A bit pricy, but it’s the standard in all Tel Aviv area. I regret those places don’t have more interesting beverage options. You will find there the usual “drinks fridge options” with coke zero and kinley soda. I would appreciate if they would import other options from abroad such as root beer or...
