vivino — Restaurant in Zikhron Yaakov

Omg....for all the reviewsi have read ...you people have know idea of what Italian food is all about For the first time i wanted to try the cuisine Highly disappointed....i could make my own spagetti cabanora ...but i thought lets give Vivino a try ...terrible bland ...Italian food is full bursting with flavours...the carbonara was not even as close to what it should be mushrooms ok goose ....spaghetti is the only pasta that should be used dont try to take away wait something that has being perfected for years....it was plain ...mushrooms abit of goose know chopped chives and not at all creamy as supposed to be ....ok you want to give it a twist but do it right anyways we all know the original recipe for cabanora Vivino sorry very for off...i dont care about the prices of menu...to have a restaurant in a mall that kind of set up the rent is high...but anyways The ceaser salad shame...know idea i got a bunch of frail lettuce a measly few chops of red onion...and artichokes know know know Again if you want to give it a twist do it right ... Classic caeser salad ...simple but also classy the one i got from vivino i have know words terrible...sorry a ceaser salad has at least parmesan shavings not a measly pinch of grated parmesan again like i said Italian food is bursting with flavours ....know anchovies not even a strip of chicken the egg i got was not even evenly prepared... But i suppose one person is not going to make a difference you dont need my business anyway...so reading all the reviews i was blown away ...but now that i see it for myself The restaurant or chefs perhaps the menu designer has know idea what Italian food is all about ....and as for the customers that left such great reviews...has not a clue what a Italian food experience is Please excuse me i have worked in the worlds best resorts...i give credit when its due ...but vivino know disrespect you are way far from what Italian food stands for Its ok to try and be different ..but make the difference Just so lucky you the only Italian restaurant...

This was my first time visiting this restaurant for dinner... I enjoyed the food very much... Here is the description of the tasty dishes that we ordered...

1.Hunter's Veal Fillet -  Roasted veal fillet medallions on a king of the wood mushroom and chestnut raqu, with handmade mushroom tortellini in a cream and black pepper saucee . 2.Liver Paté and Drunk Pear Confiture -  Chicken liver pate with pistachio chips, pear and white wine confiture, garlic confit, and little toasts. . 3.Cheese and Sweet Potato Arancini - Risotto balls in a crispy coating, filled with Parmesan, Mozzarella, sweet potato, and thyme, on a bed of spicy Arrabbiata sauce salsa verde, Creme Fraiche and Pecorino cheese. . 4.Goose Carbonara Campanella - Smoked goose breast , portobelo and champignon mushrooms , egg yok , Parmesan and chopped chives in a cream and ground black pepper sauce. . 5.Lemon Pie with Pistachio- Waffel and pistachio caramelized crumbs, lemon cream and burnt Italian meringue. . 6.Broule -  A velvety vanilla and honey cream, with an almond twill, nut truffle, Mascarpone and...

We have just left this restaurant because of 3 reasons: They say they don't accept the antigen test for Corona virus (all restaurants and hotels do accept it)! They didn't have almost half of the menu: fish and chicken and some vegetables and cheese were out! There was a big sign outside about the children's menu in 44₪ and inside the menu it was much more and the manager was very rude about it and his behavior was really not hospitable! We got up of the table and went out! For the money I pay, I would like to have good hospitality and not to have a false menu!!! Vote...
