Tempi di attesa un pò lunghi, i primi esteticamente non ispirano gran fiducia, ma all'assaggio si può dire che erano buoni e non poco (sarà stata l'attesa forse?!), per i secondi invece parliamo di carne di qualità commerciale di livello discreto, carne cotta alla brace bene ma speziata troppo con probabilmente dei preparati già pronti similari a quelli che si comprano al supermercato che chi non ha voglia di usare erbe e spezie fresche usa per condire solitamente polli e patate. Sono uno di quelli che crede che la carne se buona e di qualità, ovviamente, non ha bisogno di questo, meno la si condisce meglio è, o almeno lasciamo a chi la mangia la possibilità di aggiungere a piacere olio sali vari, pepe e stop ( altro non serve ). Dolci carini da vedere, ma non ricordo...
