Peaceful, Delicious, and Truly Special – A Highlight of Our Italy Trip||Tre Lanterne in Cagnano (Acquasanta Terme) was one of the most beautiful and memorable places we stayed in Italy. We spent five nights here and ate at the restaurant on four of those everything was so good, we kept coming back.||The food was a real highlight fresh, local, and made with care. The house-made tagliatelle with truffle was unforgettable so delicate and flavorful. We also loved the porcini dishes, the juicy arrosticini, and the perfectly cooked steak. The local wine from the area was excellent and paired perfectly with every meal.||This is a family run gem, and the warmth is felt throughout. Chef Sandro kindly came out to greet us, and Marina and Gianmarco were wonderful hosts friendly, genuine, and attentive.||We also had a relaxing, childfree spa session with a sauna and steam room overlooking the mountains such a treat. Tre Lanterne in Cagnano (Acquasanta Terme) was one of the most beautiful and memorable places we stayed in Italy. We spent five nights here and ate at the restaurant on four of those everything was so good, we kept coming back.

The food was a real highlight: fresh, local, and made with care. The house-made tagliatelle with truffle was unforgettable so delicate and flavorful. We also loved the porcini dishes, the juicy arrosticini, and the perfectly cooked steak. The local wine from the area was excellent and paired perfectly with every meal.

This is a familyrun gem, and the warmth is felt throughout. Chef Sandro kindly came out to greet us, and Marina and Gianmarco were wonderful hosts friendly, genuine, and attentive.

We also had a relaxing, child-free spa session with a sauna and steam room overlooking the mountains such a treat. For families, there’s a lovely outdoor pool to enjoy as well.

Quello che doveva essere un weekend di relax si è trasformato in un'esperienza frustrante e deludente. Siamo arrivati il venerdì sera e, alle 22:30, la reception ci ha contattati avvisandoci che, se non fossimo arrivati entro le 23:00, saremmo rimasti fuori per la notte. Al momento della chiamata eravamo a una cena di lavoro e, per evitare disagi, abbiamo chiesto la possibilità di effettuare un self check-in. Ci è stato categoricamente negato.||Siamo stati quindi costretti ad abbandonare in fretta la cena, metterci in macchina e correre verso la struttura per evitare di dover passare la notte in auto. Una gestione poco flessibile e per nulla attenta alle esigenze degli ospiti.||Il giorno successivo, dopo aver trascorso la giornata fuori, siamo rientrati verso le 23:00, esausti, desiderosi solo di riposare. Invece, ci siamo trovati nel bel mezzo di una festa di 18 anni con oltre 100 invitati nel ristorante al piano terra. La musica assordante e gli schiamazzi sono andati avanti fino alle 02:00 del mattino, rendendo impossibile dormire. Curiosamente, la chiusura alle 23:00, che la sera prima ci era stata imposta con tanto di minaccia di restare fuori, improvvisamente non valeva più.||Abbiamo provato ripetutamente a contattare la reception per segnalare la situazione, ma senza alcuna risposta. A quel punto, abbiamo tentato di chiamare il numero di emergenza indicato (601), almeno cinque volte, senza mai ricevere risposta. Un livello di assistenza semplicemente inaccettabile.||Come se non bastasse, la SPA – che in una struttura del genere ci si aspetterebbe inclusa – è a pagamento, e nemmeno a una cifra ragionevole: 25€ a persona per sole due ore.||Un soggiorno che avrebbe dovuto essere un momento di relax si è trasformato in una serie di disservizi, scelte discutibili e totale mancanza di attenzione verso gli ospiti. Purtroppo, un'esperienza negativa sotto ogni punto di vista. Cortesia e rispetto per il cliente?...
