Pizzeria La Sorgente — Restaurant in Aglientu

Not touristic, immediately seated, polite staff, food arrived in 10 minutes and it was delicious and authentic but that wasn't even the highlight which was definitely the customer service, waiter bought us a lot of napkins every time we needed (we used a lot of napkins 🥲) another family with a baby were near us, staff we're extremely friendly and understanding even when the baby walked around, family friendly polite and delicious food, staff spoke good English but they were Italian, even locals eat here, amazing experience,...

We planned to order a pizza to-go so we could enjoy it on Panorama Street while watching the sunset. Unfortunately, we were told they were sold out for takeout orders, which we found utterly ridiculous, especially since we were then asked to sit down with our three dogs instead.

This whole experience felt like a money-making scheme, which left us deeply disappointed.

We swung by here at 19:20 to see if we could get some takeaway pizza. Not even 10 minutes later, we were happily on our way with delicious pizzas in hand. Quick, friendly service in English. We'll be back here!

Please note the entrance is a bit hidden: you have to walk down not-well marked passageway to get to the restaurant.
