Villa Kephos Ristorante - Pizzeria — Restaurant in Agrigento

The only 2 positives about this place are the location and the alright quality of food. The service is terrible. Food is way too overpriced for small portions. We had to wait 50 minutes untill the food came and then they messed up one of the orders. They didn't show any signs of sorry and tried to push/give us the wrong dish anyway. After an argument they decided to prepare us the right dish... 15 minutes later they arrived with YET AGAIN THE WRONG DISH. By this time we were so hungry that we just decided to eat it anyway....

We had lunch here with our group. Fixed lunch menu for eur 18 comprising of antipasta dish and 3 different large pizza s presented on a big piece of wood and to be shared by a table of 10 persons. As we were vegetarians and the table puzza s contajned meat,we were presented with a vegetarian pizza. Service was fast by one waitress having to manage a large group spread over 3 tables, but not personalised and done very much in a hurry. The pizza itself tasted fine but was...

We had a truly disappointing experience here. We waited almost two hours for our food, and when it finally arrived it was simply terrible. The risotto was more like a bland rice soup with no flavor, and the pasta was completely undercooked. To make matters worse, they even tried to charge us an additional €10 service fee.

Overall, this was one of the worst dining experiences we've ever had. Definitely not recommended - there are plenty of better places to eat...
