Hamerica's outlet Palmanova — Restaurant in Aiello del Friuli

I rarely gave 1 star, but this, doesn't deserve more. Lets us start from the beginning: Service terrible. We came inside in time for lunch, they were full, so we asked if we can sit outside where they had tables. Bit arrogant we got NO! we don't serve there. On the other part, the people working there... I know that Italians don't speak many languages, but seriously you work in a place where people from far and wide came to you. It doesn't need to be perfect English or German or Slovenian or Croatian or Serbian or even bit of Spanish, but that we can't communicate in any language that's hard :D But OK, that doesn't take any stars from my experience or the grade that I gave. Language barriers happen.

The biggest minus is ordered food. I asked for a burger with medium made meat, but I got burned meat through and through. The same thing was with other burger. Chicken nuggets for our kid were totally dry. From outside burgers looked good, until we started to eat.

I will say it like that, it would be better for them to have great Italian food here, than let Italians BBQ burgers and meat and have some quasi "American fast food BBQ". Also the prices are through the roof.

Wir waren zum erstem Mal im Palmanova-Outlet und wollten das Essen dort probieren. Ein Mitarbeiterin sprach Englisch weshalb wir bei ihr bestellt haben. Sie gab uns einen "Pipser" und sagte wir sollen Platz nehmen und warten bis dieser pipst. Wir hatten lange zu warten und Zeit zum Beobachten. Das Restaurant ist herabgekommen und dreckig! Wirklich dreckig! So etwas habe ich noch nie gesehen. Essen überrall am Boden. Papier etc.

Ein Mann bestellte während unserer Wartezeit 2 Cola und 1 Kaffee. Er bezahlte und bekam dann 1 Cola umd 1 Kaffee. Als er sagte, dass er 2 Cola wollte, schaute ihn die Verkäuferin nur "abweisend" an und verrechnete noch ein Cola. Während er auf den Kaffee wartete sprach er mit einem anderen Touristen darüber, dass es im Restaurant unmöglich ist, dreckig etc. Service schlecht....

Ein weiterer Kunde bekamm sein Essen und stellte fest, dass es Schinken enthielt. Er wollte diesen nicht und das Essen ging retour. Er bekamm dann zwei Teller mit Bürger und Pommes geliefert und eine Portion Chicken Nuggets - was wir bestellt hatten. Er schaute das Essen durch (inkl. Angreifen!) und regte sich auf. Weshalb das Essen retour ging. Da wir nun über 15 Min gewartet hatten, ging ich zum Schalter und fragte wie lange es noch dauert. Da meinte die Bedienung einfach: Ach das ist dann Ihr Essen und wollte uns das angefasste und retourgebrachte Essen des anderen Klienten geben. Ich habe ihr gesagt, dass sie das wohl nicht Ernst meint. Das Essen war über 5 Min bei anderen Kunden, wurde retour gebracht und wir sollen es nun essen. Ich wollte mein Geld retour. In der Eile habe ich übersehen,dass sie mir das Geld für ein Essen (EUR 12,-!) garnicht zurückgegeben hatte!

Wir haben den betroffenen Klienten, dann nochmal gesehen. Er hat dort dann was gegesen, wird aber nie wieder hingehen. Er war aus Österreich/Deutschland und war wie wir schockiert über den Zustand im Restaurant.

Fazit: EUR 12,- für Nichts als Ärger, aber dafür einen ruhigen Magen

Wir gingen dann zu "La Piadineria" - ist zu empfehlen!

Wenn 0 Sterne ginge, gäbe es 0! Personal überfordert und unkompetent! Restaurant dreckig (inkl. Gläser u Tische u Sessel)...

Cibo ottimo. Come probabilmente molti di voi sono finito a mangiare in questo locale casualmente in quanto mi trovavo all'interno dell'outlet per shopping. Ho deciso quindi di mangiare il classico panino in stile fast food. Che dire... Chiamarlo fast food è riduttivo, questa è una vera e propria paninoteca/hamburgeria in stile (come suggerisce il nome) americano, con relativa cucina e cibo preparato sul momento. La carne è ottima, hamburger vero, alto, con possibilità anche di richiedere il livello di cottura preferito (ben cotto o media cottura), niente a che vedere con le classiche catene fast food con carne sottile e indefinita. Non per denigrare altre catene (in cui anche mi capita di mangiare al volo secondo necessità) ma basta guardare alcune foto inserite nelle recensioni per rendersi conto che parliamo di un prodotto qualitativamente molto diverso. Qui trovate quanto di più simile al vero Burger americano, veramente una bella sorpresa. Nel mio caso ho trovato il locale abbastanza affollato, aspetto che ho letto anche in altre recensioni, ma ricordiamoci che parliamo di un locale all'interno di un centro commerciale, c'è quindi un'affluenza di gente considerevole rispetto a quella che trovereste in un locale in città, ma non lo posso considerare un difetto del locale in sé. Anzi, nel mio caso (nostro, eravamo in due) siamo stati accolti e serviti piuttosto velocemente, personale giovane e preparato, locale gradevole e molto luminoso in quanto dotato di grandi vetrate. Oltre al mio Burger classico ho assaggiato anche l'hamburger "plant based" (in sostanza la versione vegana di un hamburger) e credetemi... All'interno del Burger è praticamente indistinguibile dalla carne normale, forse il miglior Burger vegano mai provato. Davvero ottima paninoteca e ottimo servizio,...
