The World of Coffee — Restaurant in Alba

We stopped here for a bite of lunch and coffee after the White Truffle festival in Alba - it was just okay

1 - the service at the table was fine but not great or typical Italian - after almost 20 min we asked for a menu and the barrista said they were coming - at the time, we were the only table in the place, they had plenty of staff too - did I mention I spoke Italian

2 - the food was just ok too, the meat for my vitello tonnato had begun to turn (see attached photo) and I was a little nervous but tasted like just old lunch meat or it was exposed to too much air

3 - paninis were ok but dry not enough cheese had melted

Their location is excellent right on the square and they have an oportunity to be a 4 or 5 but their customer service needs work and their menu...

If you have allergies, you should never visit this place. The waiters lie about allergic ingredients. I told the waitress that I have a gluten intolerance. And I told the waitress not to put a cookie in the ice cream. When she brought me the ice cream for €6, there was a cookie on top. I told the waitress that I had a gluten intolerance. She said, "Oh, I'm sorry about that" and just removed the cookie without telling me first. I had a terrible night thanks...

this is not limoncello.... warm glass hot drink ! do u want to make us drunk? and when we ask to change it and explain that is wrong they just take the glass and add 1 ice cube... limoncello is really cold as ice normally and it is served in cold glass.... this is so rude.... they have different tastes of ice creams and taste like vanilla ice cream that added something but couldnt regnoize which...
