Pasticceria de Vito di Costa Anna Maria — Restaurant in Alessano

I have met Vito and Anna Maria at a private party. They have organised the catering. I have simply no words to describe first what genuine nice people they are, friendly and honest. Secondly, the food they create is like art, delicious dishes from local produce in Salento. I was completely without words, it is unthinkable that someone can produce such quality plates presented in simple way. If in Australia I had this food made by this man, Vito, in my restaurant….
