The porcetto sardo allo spiedo/porcheddu/roasted wild boar was by far the absolute best I've had over the past few decades of visiting Sardinia - it was delicious, together with roasted potatoes! Crunchy outer, moist inside, and perfectly cooked!
Very friendly waitstaff, attentive but not full-on - perfect..
Restaurant is in a nice setting as part of a hotel.
The only negative was the table next to us brought a dog (which in a food establishment/restaurant I find questionable for hygiene reasons) - but to make matters much worse this large dog was barking loudly throughout the meal which really ruined the experience for us, and I could see for many other patrons that lunchtime too. Such a shame.
Hopefully the barking dog problem was just a one-off experience so I'd happily return for the porcetto sardo allo spiedo/porcheddu...

Bruno, 83 years young in the kitchen, knocked them out if the park. Probably the best Italian food I have ever tasted on my 64 years. Natural ingredients beautifully cooked with all the wonderful traditions of Italy. Don't be fooled by small town hotel. This is serious food, not to be missed....
