Came from far away to enjoy some breakfast, as long as they claim that they are open since 08:00. However, once entered the place no one even bothered to great me. The staff just continued cleaning. I asked if it’s possible to have some breakfast, but was told that it’s only for take away and they do not serve food at this time. I came specifically because of the view, so I asked if at least I can take a picture of the view and was told “No” due to their cleaning procedures. Never before I saw a property that refuses to it’s guests to simply take a picture, even in extremely private and exclusive properties. The staff has no empathy nor knowledge about customer service. The location and food were lovely. However, we were surprised by the coperto charge of 20 EUR, as we only ordered two dishes for young kids for late lunch and didn't eat. The service was generally good, although one staff member seemed a bit rushed towards us to finish quickly even though they were still letting people in. Unfortunately, this rushed feeling detracted from the overall enjoyment...
