Went with very good friends on their recommendation. Oh are we so pleased we went. The restaurant is beautiful & the staff very accommodating to my disability.

The food we had was absolutely delicious, the best we have had anywhere in Calabria. We had antipasta for 2 & 3 pasta dishes finished off with the most divine ice cream, we've never had ice cream this good anywhere which is saying something being in Italy.

The cost of the meal was very good, we were very surprised how low the bill was for the amount of food we received. Would highly recommend...

Siamo stati da Do’ Priuri un martedì a pranzo. L’ambiente è rustico e familiare, lo staff accogliente e gentile. Il ristorante ci è stato consigliato da amici calabresi del posto poiché volevamo provare la cucina tipica. Essendo perciò la prima volta ci siamo fatti consigliare dal cameriere, che in maniera onesta ci ha consigliato di provare gli antipasti e poi decidere in seguito cosa prendere. E aveva ragione! Tutte le portate erano fantastiche, ci ha portato zeppole frittelle, affettati, formaggi, pane fatto in casa (con olio da capogiro) melanzane eccetera. Tutto estremamente buono!! Dopo gli antipasti eravamo già quasi pieni quindi, ancora su consiglio del cameriere, abbiamo preso capra al sugo da compartire. Buonissima anche quella. Le porzioni sono abbondanti e squisite. Per dolce abbiamo preso il tartufo, non sapendo che il gelato lo producono loro. Allora il figlio del proprietario (abbiamo immaginato fosse lui) vedendo ciò, ci ha portato anche del loro gelato da assaggiare.. un gelato così cremoso non l’avevo provato mai prima!!! Il conto davvero ottimo rispetto a quello e quanto abbiamo mangiato.. Se siete in Calabria e volete provare cibo tipico, artigianale e di qualità, non perdetevi Do’ Priuri....
