Hashtag — Restaurant in Ardore

I will not visit again and I discourage everybody else. The service offered to my family was terrible. Surprisingly, they had the nerve to bring the bill with their "coperto" included despite being treated worse than in some low-quality street food bar. We booked a table more than 24h earlier. It was not ready when we arrived. We were seated after 10 minutes, then we waited another 10 minutes for the menu. After that, we've been asked to move to another table. All in all, we seated properly after 30 minutes. Finally, a person we'd booked with arrived and we thought it was going to be normal from that moment. Not quite. We ordered fish carpaccio and we got different fishes than on the menu. Drinks for kids came late etc. On top of that, for the whole time of our birthday dinner staff was moving tables and chairs behind our backs and over our heads. Well, somebody got it right on our cost. All we heard as an answer to our complaints were some poor excuses and empty apologies. Bad experience. 1 star for relatively...

Esperienza purtroppo pessima. Ho ordinato il loro #18, un panino col polpo davvero discutibile. Il polpo non sembrava neanche tale, era un’unica palla dura impossibile da masticare che corrispondeva alla parte tra testa e tentacoli, insieme a dei pezzetti di insalata, cipolla e una crocchetta di patate schiacciata, tra l’altro il tutto freddo. Ho chiesto delucidazioni a chi competeva e mi è stato solo detto che si trattava effettivamente di polpo, e oltretutto questa stessa persona, che è più volte passata dal mio tavolo, vedendo che avevo lasciato tutto il panino nel piatto dopo un solo morso e che stavo mangiando la pizza di un mio amico, non si è neanche preoccupata di chiedermi come andasse o se ne volessi un altro, allargando la nota di demerito anche al servizio oltre che al cibo. Ovviamente poi pagato tutto senza sconti né niente! Dispiace perché la location non è niente male, ma effettivamente non mi sentirei di ripetere...

Too expensive for what you get, they do fancy estetics and decor, everything seems high level until you taste the dishes.
