This was really an amazing find, we have been in the area for a few days and nevsr did the walk into the medieval village (heat wave please and thank you). We were delighted with Chuisure itself, everything so carefully detailed and looked after, it had a feel of the perfect litle town waifong for a novel to be written about it. The restaurant was fairly busy but they accomodated us without a reservation. The food was mosr definitely the second best of our holiday, and made up for our disaster in Ascieno the previous evening (think raw salmon and grey and pink beef milanese). The sweet and sour onions - literal translation - were spot on and so tasty I wanted a room to myself. The bruschetta with anchovies were freshly made and the bread did not break a tooth! Pasta to die for, all hand made and so fresh, both the pici with wild boar and the tagliatelle with cheese were highlighys for us. My only complaint is that I didnt find this place sooner! Staff were lovely and we felt very welcomed, the courtyard was buzzing with life and it felt like the Italian holiday we...

Try the fried zucchini blossoms, the bruschetta with tomatoes, olives, or anchovies, try the artichokes, the ribollita vegetable stew, and be sure to try the pecorino cheese with local truffle honey. Everything...

My partner had the fish and a side and was very pleased as well, the dessert we shared was also delicious. Service was quick and friendly and the ambiance obviously outstanding because of the beautiful view.
Don't understand the few recent negative reviews and think they might be a bit suspicious, because I really could not say anything bad...
