Nel complesso un’area ordinata e generalmente pulita. Tuttavia, durante il mio passaggio nel cuore della notte (verso le 3:00 di sabato 26 luglio 2025), i bagni si presentavano purtroppo molto sporchi, nonostante non fossero malandati, ciò è colpa di alcuni utenti ma è anche giustificabile comunque dalla presenza simultanea in quel momento di ben cinque autobus giunti dopo un concerto nelle vicinanze. Comprendendo che le 3 di notte siano un orario a bassa affluenza, in situazioni straordinarie come questa sarebbe opportuno potenziare il servizio di pulizia, soprattutto considerando che l’area precedente è chiusa la notte e che nelle circostanze particolari (come questa, dove si era tenuto un evento nelle vicinanze) aumentano la probabilità di afflusso di autobus e auto in sosta. Presente il ristorante (aperto solo a pranzo), la doccia e un bagno dedicato alle persone in sedia a rotelle. Provato un cornetto vuoto discreto che a mio avviso contiene troppo zucchero, sarebbe da diminuirne la quantità contenuta in esso. Nota di merito va ai due unici baristi presenti quella notte, che, nonostante la presenza di oltre 200 clienti, sono stati molto gentili e disponibili. Non è la prima volta che mi fermo in questo Autogrill: in altre occasioni ho trovato i bagni molto puliti e personale molto cortese e nonostante la serata in questione sia stata un mezzo disservizio, comunque consiglio per ordine, pulizia generale e la presenza...

I would give 0 if I could. The auto grill up charges a significant amount. They add bread to every tray without telling you the cost. They do not make the combos clear. The food was dry and terrible. The attendant told us that our food was part of the combos then he changed what he said and charged us even more. He did not give us a receipt, instead he crumpled it up and threw it out before we get it....
