Autogrill Chianti est — Restaurant in Bagno a Ripoli

I went to this Autogrill as I saw that upstairs there was Old Wild West. While ordering my Chicken Burrito (the dish that I always order when eating at Old Wild West), I asked to remove onion as I dislike it. In ALL the other Old Wild West restaurants they always have removed onion from the burrito every time I asked them, without any problem. However, in this Autogrill’s Old Wild West, an unpleasant blonde woman invented some very ridiculous excuses to say that they couldn’t remove the onion, saying that the onion was already mixed with the other ingredients of the dish. Of course the first thing that I thought was that it was pre-cooked, which is something that has NEVER happened in every Old Wild West I’ve been to. Di rientro da un viaggio in Francia, non possiamo non notare la differenza con un autogrill italiano. Chianti est si presenta piu che buono. Noi restiamo solo nella zona caffè dove i servizi sono decenti, l'offerta gastronomica ampia con metà dello spazio dedicato all'oggettistica. Il personale, attento e pronto al servizio della clientela. Quello che salta agli occhi, prepotentemente, è il disegno degli spazi. Tanto angusti in Italia quanto ampi in Francia. Noi italiani saremo anche amanti del caffè da consumare in piedi, ma il caos al bancone è dovuto alla ristrettezza degli spazi. Considerato che Autogrill è una grande società che gestisce anche molti punti vendita sulle autostrade francesi, bisognerebbe invitare i suoi architetti ad avere maggior cura per le persone. Che in Italia non hanno esigenze diverse da quelle che hanno in Francia. Anche a noi piacerebbe non essere costretti ad accalcarci caoticamente davanti a tre metri lineari di bancone.
