Horrible, appalling service in any possible way. Food being served so quickly that we had to beg the waiter to let us finish eating before clearing up every dish. Extra pizzas brought to our table even though we didn’t ask for them, just because the waiter couldn’t count…and after being told that we didn’t order such pizzas, got completely dismissed as if saying ‘well, now the pizza is here, so you’ve just got to eat them!”. On top of that, I got s**y harassed by the waiter (he kept his hand and forearm on my chest with the excuse of reaching the table, long enough for me to realised that it was intentional and not an accident!!!). When challenged such waiter, the reply I got was that he wouldn’t have known what to do with someone like me as he had a more voluptuous woman waiting for him at home! Absolutely the most disgusting place I’ve ever been. The only reason we didn’t leave is that we were a party of 12 people and not easy to accommodate somewhere else at such short notice. Please avoid...

The food is good, but the weakness was the service. Also, what bothered us immensely was how the staff did not warn about extra charges for some appetizers and other restaurant extrish stuff and just brought it to us and changed around 10 euros, which were later shown in the bill. Moreover, the prices on the menu were 2-3 euros cheaper per meal than the ones on the bill. Go figure.

What was even more appaling was that the staff didn't bring the Pizza menus. I was confused by that, as the restaurant also describes itself as a Pizzeria yet there were no pizzas in the menus given to us, while I saw some other clients reading other menus and then getting their pizzas.

We were foreigners so I can understand not knowing English well, but it felt like the staff didn't even try with us, just seeked out to get more money. Maybe for locals it appears nice and friendly, but for me, it left a truly sour feeling....

Premettendo che prima di recarmi in questo esercizio ho telefonato per prenotare, al nostro arrivo il titolare ci invita ad accomodarci molto gentilmente. Sin qui nessun problema. Successivamente giunge il responsabile di sala per prendere la nostra ordinazione e ci invita ad ordinare tempestivamente perché erano in chiusura. Sin qui crederete che vada ancora tutto bene se non fosse che tale cameriere inizia a indispettirsi e ci sollecita a fare veloce perchè, a suo dire, dopo le 22 non servivano più nuovi tavoli. Ciò già mi è sembrato ambiguo dato che quando ho telefonato erano le 22.15. Ancora con molta pazienza, poiché comprendo il lavoro, decido di non darci peso. Ci godiamo il nostro buonissimo antipasto ma veniamo esortati ulteriormente, dallo stesso cameriere, per decidere in fretta le prossime portate e nel frattempo scegliamo di prendere un primo e un secondo ma ancora una volta, con fare al quanto maleducato, tale cameriere ci dice testuali parole:” non posso fare due cose diverse perche è già tanto…” Dal suo tono ho potuto supporre che volesse far intendere che ci stava facendo un favore a farci mangiare ma avendo comunque avuto la cortezza di chiamare prima di recarmi in loco di certo non mi stava facendo un favore perché avrebbero potuto anche evitare di prenderci la prenotazione, avremmo scelto un’altra location. Ancora una volta decidiamo di ignorare la maleducazione, comprendendo sempre le ore di arduo lavoro, successivamente ci giunge il nostro primo e mentre lo consumavamo si avvicina al nostro tavolo un altro cameriere, molto educato, che però ci domanda se desideravamo altro quando invece il precedente cameriere ci aveva fatto intendere che fosse “già tanto” che potevamo avere la possibilità di scegliere almeno il primo da mangiare continuando a sostenere che le cucine stessero chiudendo e se così fosse stato dubito che il secondo cameriere ci avrebbe chiesto se desideravamo altro. Tutto sommato siamo riusciti a trascorrere una serata discreta, bella location, buon cibo ma nella norma ma il comportamento del cameriere (responsabile) lascia molto desiderare e spero vivamente che il titolare provveda a limitare...
