Location, as you can expect in the heart of Langhe, was stunning.

Food was brilliant and tasted great with an interesting selection.

Wine of course was brilliant.

However, the service was a bit so so. The waiters sat us down and were a bit inattentive - we ran out of wine and no one came back or came near us to grab their attention.

The main issue that occurred was at dessert. My partner ordered a dish and the wrong item came out; no big deal, it happens. Positively, another waiter replaced the wrong dessert but while we were eating the original waiter then came to our table and said “you didn’t order this, you ordered the dish I brought you”. This was patently incorrect as it contains ingredients my partner doesn’t enjoy. It also wasn’t a language issue as my partner is Italian. It felt a bit off and passive aggressive.

So, overall, worth a visit (great value as well) if you’re in the area but they need to improve that service if they want to really get to the...

Great location, amazing view and tasty food.

This restaurant is a must-do if you are traveling in the Barolo area. It’s located on top one of the many hills of this location and it has a simply amazing view. Atmosphere is very relaxing. Personnel is kind and professional.

You can try many tasty local dishes and wines. You can rely on the support of a sommelier that will help you choosing the best pairing with your food choices. Overall, everything was perfectly executed.

If you are planning to go during the week end, book 2/3 weeks in advance at least. During the week is going to be easier to find a spot.

Considering the view, the quality of wine and dishes and the overall atmosphere the price/quality...

We came here on Monday and maybe it was their off day but the food was very average for such a nice location. Both pasta dishes were decent but nothing out of the ordinary. Main courses both had exactly the same garnish and were definitely pre prepared not freshly prepared and vegetables were completely dry. We didn’t stay for dessert. We couldn’t finish our wine either, it was not to our liking. Overall not a place I will return. Service was extremely impersonal, they had about 15 tables who all came at about the same time. Maybe try to stack your reservations so that you have time to prepare food freshly and offer a more...

If food was a religion Locanda in Cannubi would be its cathedral. Food is prepared by master chefs all in house using selected ingredients. All belongs to the food culture of this area of Italy where meal is a very important part of life. Location is amazing with astonishing view of Barolo area. Available top wines of the area from top wine makers. Place is perfect for parties and amazing for romantic venues. All is perfectly accessible, all is very clean and also washroom are at level. Tagliolini with eggs are handmade from master chef.
