DesCafe' — Restaurant in Baschi

During our trip around Umbria we have first stopped in Descafe for cafe and croissants. As we really liked the atmosphere, we came back for pizzas in the evening.

The couch corner and billiard make the place feel like home in your living room. They have a nice and original concept, the staff is super friendly and the food is delicious.

Also the pizza's were very original. They come in a rectangular shape, with a thin and crusty dough and looots of toppings..! Delicious! With our dinner we had an exquisite local wine, recommended from their various selection of wines.

If you want to spend a nice time in a friendly atmosphere, we can highly recommend...

Randomly stopped here for some "Java". Ended up staying for lunch. Location is not in the "touristy neighborhood" and it's not posh, but that's quite alright. It counts in every other aspect - good food, good folks and reasonable prices. The locals stop here and that's always a great sign. Locale adatto a tutti e a tutto, dalla mattina con la prima colazione, passando per il pranzo con una vasta scelta di piatti cucinati in loco, ottime pizze per ogni gusto, buona selezione di vini per i più esigenti. Buono anche l'aperitivo con una vasta scelta di stuzzicherie. Serate a tema e musica dal vivo, insomma c'è tutto ciò che serve per ogni esigenza. Il personale è molto cordiale e preparato anche nella preparazione di cocktail....
