The stunningly beautiful farm building exterior remains, but inside is a complete modernisation that combines some exposed brickwork, traditional building materials and contemporary design.||The rooms are clean, warm (January) and stylish.||Our hosts Michele and Antonella couldn't possibly be more attentive or friendly than they were. They're also justifiably proud of their Friuli heritage.||There is a full range of drinks available that includes some excellent beer from a local micro brewery.||Michele is very knowledgeable about Friuli wine and will happily talk at length about all the different types available, the family history of the building, and the work involved in the conversion from farm buildings to how it is today.||The food is traditional and of excellent quality and freshness. The restaurant is famous for its meat fillet grill where again Michele has earned such a great reputation.||The FriulMarangon is set in the heart of Orgnano, close to the Village Church. The church bells chime during day on the hour and just walking around the village is a treat in itself.||Orgnano is just twenty minutes drive from the heart of Udine and everything that a modern city has to offer. Sono stato in questa location per il giorno del mio matrimonio e qui abbiamo organizzato un aperitivo-cena per 60 persone. Inizio questa recensione facendo i complimenti per la location, il cibo ed al personale. In particolar modo ringrazio la sig.ra Elisa e il cuoco, il sig. Andrea, per la disponibilità e la qualità del servizio offerto. Tutto quello che abbiamo pattuito durante il preventivo ci è stato garantito. La giornata è iniziata con il pranzo al quale abbiamo partecipato solo con le nostre famiglie e i nostri testimoni, tutti sono rimasti contenti. Alla sera invece abbiamo fatto una bellissima festa con amici, colleghi e parenti. Ora arriva la nota dolente. Durante la serata un nostro ospite ha rotto un bicchiere mentre un altro non trovando un cameriere disponibile al banco bar (in uso esclusivo nostro) si è permesso di prepararsi da solo una birra (ci tengo a precisare che avevamo detto che avremmo pagato a parte tutta la birra consumata anche se non era compresa nel preventivo iniziale). Questo è quello che mi è stato riferito. Io purtroppo durante tali eventi ero assente e quando sono tornato ho trovato mia moglie in lacrime e tutti gli ospiti imbarazzati e ammutoliti. Succede infatti che un signore, che poi si rivelerà essere il titolare, ha affrontato in maniera violenta urlando in faccia a mia moglie per rivendicare quanto accaduto lamentandosi della maleducazione dei nostri ospiti davanti agli stessi (faccio notare che noi ci siamo scusati più volte per quanto accaduto). Al momento del conto a serata finita ho provveduto a saldare l'intera cifra anche le bevande in più che mi sono state conteggiate. Quindi ci siamo confrontati con la dipendente che ci ha seguito durante la fase di organizzazione dell'evento e durante la serata. Ho fatto notare la maleducazione del signore che si è rivolto in modo violento alla sposa il giorno del suo matrimonio rovinando la festa a noi e a tutti i nostri ospiti e anche in questa occasione nessuno ha avuto la dignità di scusarsi per l'accaduto. Mentre uscivamo mia cognato mi ha fatto notare che la persona in questione è rimasta ad ascoltare ridendo di noi seduto in un tavolino dietro alla cassa.
