Ristorante Punto di Ristoro su Neulagi — Restaurant in Baunei

We were there for a quick lunch during a trip, they had line issues with their pos card machine line, therefore we received, three times, a withdrawal of the amount to pay for the lunch, but, instead of expressing their embarassement for the inconvenience, they were verbally attacking us, being very rude. They also stated that in case the money would have been accidentally withdrawed we shouldn't complain cause the pending expenses would have been returned soon to our bank account. This was not the case, we had to wait for 10 days on one card and even more on the other. They blamed us for the choice of using our International cards.

Such line issues on beach sites are totally understandable but they should just notify this and express the necessity they have to accept just cash payments, without being rude.

Also the food quality was basic compared to' the extremely elevated...

I was there today. I stand in the row, a family in front of me. 2 guys just went by and ordered something - without mask as it should be. Both bartenders were not interested to tell them to or to let me order before them… they just didn’t care.

Also I heard from people, that the food is not as good as it should be for that price.

Don’t go there, it’s not worth it....

Two capuccinos and two popsicles for 10 €. Not too bad but would not recommend to eat here from what I have seen. It is better to take your own sandwich with you from local supermarket in Cala Gonone, for your wallet at least. Queues are large but the service very quick. However... the toilets are something you dont wanna visit in such beautiful...
