Even though the pizza was delicious, our evening was ruined by the terrible service and ridiculous prices.

Firstly, the whole party of 12 people arrived at 19:45 and they didn't even take our drink order until half an hour later, when we ordered our food as well. In fact, they took the order of other tables which had arrived after us, which is one of the worst things you can do as a waiter/waitress.

When they brought the first pizzas, about 15-20 minutes later, which were the pizzas for the two children, we waited a further 20- 30 minutes for the next dishes. Then, another 10 minutes for the next, and, FINALLY, a WHOLE HOUR LATER, they brought us the fries we had ordered along with our pizzas. ONE. HOUR. FOR. FRIES. I have never seen such a disaster of a service.

Another very uncomfortable issue was the fact that they had the air conditioning off. I understand that the cost of electricity has risen, but this doesn't justify having your customers sweating for two hours while waiting for the much delayed order.

To top it all off, my wife and I ordered two vegetable pizzas without mozzarella (since they didn't have any vegan option available), but we asked them to substitute it for mushrooms and add some ruccula. They charged us an extra 10 EUROS for those ingredients (2,50 € per ingredient), which were, furthermore, almost non-existent. I've never seen such shameful charges for extra ingredients in my life. In every single other pizza restaurant we've been to, they have always kept the same price when we asked them to change the cheese for another ingredient, since they are not increasing or reducing the number of ingredients.

Moreover, it wasn't just us who had a problem with their order. My sister-in-law ordered a plate of veggies which also came with a side of cereals. Well, the latter never came and, when she tried ordering some bread as well... SURPRISE! They didn't bring that either. Oh, but they politely removed 60 CENTS from her total. But, wait a minute... wasn't each extra ingredient 2,50€, as I have previously explained?

One more thing I found rather odd and distasteful is that they refused to leave the spicy oil at the table for "hygienic reasons". Does this mean they don't disinfect anything or take any precautions? Other restaurants ALWAYS leave the oil on the table, so that the customer can have as much as he or she pleases.

Despite enjoying the food, which, once again, was really tasty, I won't return to this restaurant. I appreciate good food like any other person, but if the service is absolutely terrible, I cannot enjoy my meal, which makes for an...

A completely unassuming pizzeria in the middle of an industrial estate. Choices plentiful to appease even the pickiest eaters and all superb quality.

The piccante pizza will not set your mouth on fire, but it has a wonderful mix of flavours. The Panna Cotta was the fluffiest and gentlest tasting I have ever had and also reminded me that you can make caramel without burning it.

Sulla cucina di Enrico e Louis si poteva già contare, con sicurezza, nella precedente "versione" che furono le "officine dal cor". Qualcuno sente una leggera variazione nella leggendaria croccantezza dell'impasto ma ... ora fanno le patatine fritte e quindi tutto a posto. La pizza qui, in ogni versione, è una bontà garantita: tra i primi a Belluno a puntare sulla genuinità totale degli ingredienti, il bio, la stagionalità e il km zero, non hanno più molto da dimostrare sul lato gastronomico relativo alla pizza. Ottimi dolci nuovi si sono affiancati ai grandi classici (dolce Ammore) ... e il lato ristorante ha un'importanza maggiore. Il locale è molto ampio e spazioso con arredamento elegantemente industrial-minimal, ma la vecchia intimità sembrerebbe persa per sempre: nelle nuove officine c'è purtroppo tanta confusione... e non si sa perchè. Enormi cucine a vista lasciano sbirciare pulizia, bravura ed ingredienti.
