Ristorante Pizzeria al Terzo Millennio — Restaurant in Belluno

If you are not a native Italian, don't bother. Group of 4 Australians with some Italian. No interest in helping with the language. Discussed antipasto plate and mute woman serving us indicated smallish serves so we decided we would share 2 plates between 4. Two huge platters arrived, far too much food which she knew. Similar story with a side serve of fries, smallish serve indicated with her hands, huge plates of fries arrived. We had opted for 3 plates of fries. Main course food OK, but with all the waste, a very expensive meal. To top it all off when we asked for each couple to pay half the bill by credit card we were met with flat refusal from the silent woman ( Who by the way attributed her silence to being ill with a throat infection. Still serving food?). Intervention of other staff allowed us to pay the bill as we wanted to. We had the best experience with food in this restaurant while we stayed in Italy. Our servers were friendly and quick, the dishes were fresh and delicious, and the portions were generous, and the pricing is humble. Absolutely...

Pizzerie come tante altre, semplice e accogliente. La differenza la fa il personale e i proprietari molto gentili e disponibili. Personalmente non ho trovato piatti eccezionali: la pasta allo scoglio ha un bell'aspetto ma se siete in tanti, il pesce (scaldato al microonde-così almeno ci han risposto- ) arriva freddo, gnocchi non sapevano di patate ma sembravano precotti e quindi sul piatto han fatto papetta. Discreta la frittura, l'olio probabilmente era fresco, mentre ho trovato ottimo l'affettato. Il prezzo è giusto. Parcheggio esterno ma con una decina di scalini per entrare,non comodissimo x...
