An absolute must to visit if you are in the area or just passing by. Great great food building on and reflecting the all times legendary Tuscany culinary traditions. It does not matter if you are a fish or a meat lover - you will be amazed. Not to mention the pizzas (dinner time only as it is everywhere in a “non touristic” Italy), there is something very special about the dough as i figured out, pizzas are top. Not to mention the atmosphere will be like telling only half of the story. First time we came we were stunned by an absolutely immaculate garden (i’d rather say a park:) with its own private lake in it. Yes, yes, a lake:) Blooming flowers, all sorts of plants and trees, little paths connecting various areas of it, breathtaking! This is the best restaurant in all Tuscany! If you are visiting Italy you just have to eat here! The food is delicious: antipasti, pizza, pasta, seafood, fish, desserts, everything is amazing and fresh! Best quality and really great value for money. The outdoor dining experience is unique and they have everthing you can wish for: a fountain, a lake, swans, beautiful views and huge parking spot! The owner, Catherine, is the nicest lady I have met in Italy! Everything about this place is special. The waiters are really nice and the service is perfect. If you want to feel an 100% Italian dinner atmopshere you have to come here. Just make sure you call to make an appoitment, they are usually pretty busy because they are the best in Tuscany! ❤️

Il ristorante pizzeria Cigno Nero, situato in località Bientina (PI), è una gemma nascosta che offre un'esperienza culinaria e ambientale senza pari. La titolare, Caterina, merita i più alti elogi per la sua eccezionale attenzione alle esigenze dei clienti, garantendo che ogni ospite si senta accolto e pienamente soddisfatto.

La struttura stessa è un piccolo paradiso: immersa in un'area fresca e incantata, arricchita dalla presenza di un lago popolato da pesci e tartarughe acquatiche, fontane suggestive, e circondata da animali come capre, papere, cigni e porcellini d'India. Questa cornice naturale offre un'atmosfera rilassante e affascinante, ideale per famiglie grazie anche alla presenza di un'area giochi per i bambini.

L’ambiente tranquillo è reso ancora più piacevole dalla disponibilità di ampi parcheggi e dalla bellezza degli alberi circostanti, che contribuiscono a creare un’oasi di serenità lontano dal caos quotidiano.

Con l’arrivo dell’estate 2025, il Cigno Nero ha rinnovato il proprio menù con proposte stagionali davvero interessanti. Tra le novità da non perdere:

Tartare di manzo per 2 persone (18€), equilibrata e gustosa.

Gnocco per 6 persone (28€) con tre varianti irresistibili: ragù di mucco pisano, aglione e pomodorini, e la sorprendente “tabaccolara” con pesto alle erbe.

Tagliata con verdure grigliate per 4 persone (30€), ideale per gli amanti della carne.

Frittura di mare per 4 persone (22€), leggera e croccante.

Per gli appassionati della pizza, il giro pizza per 6 persone (20€) offre un mix di classiche margherita, Napoli, cotto e funghi, servite su taglieri rustici.

Il servizio resta un punto di forza: camerieri disponibili, cordiali e sempre attenti. Il cibo continua a essere di buona qualità, con porzioni generose e prezzi onesti, soprattutto considerando le porzioni pensate per gruppi.
