Mila Bistro — Restaurant in Bolzano - Bozen

An amazing discovery near Bolzano, far from the tourist area. We had an amazing lunch and the cheapest aperitifs we ever experienced 😋. 3.80€ a Hugo and an Aperol Spritz. Very delicious and refreshing also. We both had pasta and salads and they were so,so tasty! I had the fusili ai funghi and my boyfriend the pasta ai peperoni and salamino piccante, huge portions that we ended up taking with us as we couldn't finish. Beautiful location and service also. Their salads are to be composed by oneself and the ingredients are of quality and fresh (except for the tomatoes which surprisingly had no taste :( ). There is also a shop where you can buy their products but local ones too. Their milk based stuff has good prices, the other, not so much. We only took cheese and yoghurt, which we highly...

What an awesome find! This restaurant was quite awesome!! Great fresh made Italian food. The decor was very trendy/modern. I really liked this place! Free parking outside. Many locals seemed to be running in for a fresh milkshake or smoothie on a hot summers day. On the other side of the restaurant the company runs a small grocery store with fresh meats and cheeses. What an awesome concept. I really enjoyed my meal here and the people watching....

Das Mila Bistro in Bozen ist ein absolutes Highlight für alle, die auf der Suche nach einem tollen kulinarischen Erlebnis sind! Schon beim Betreten des Restaurants fällt die einladende Atmosphäre auf – modern, gemütlich und mit einem Hauch von Eleganz. Die Bedienung ist super effizient und unglaublich freundlich, was den Aufenthalt hier noch angenehmer macht. Man fühlt sich sofort willkommen und bestens aufgehoben. Das wahre Highlight ist jedoch das Essen – insbesondere das Tiramisu Espresso, das man unbedingt mitnehmen sollte! Wie auf dem Bild zu sehen, wird es wunderschön präsentiert: ein cremiges Tiramisu, perfekt geschichtet mit einer leichten Mascarpone-Creme, einem Hauch von Kakao und einem intensiven Espresso, der sich am Boden des Glases sammelt. Dazu wird es mit einem knusprigen Biskuit serviert, das dem Ganzen eine tolle Textur verleiht. Der Geschmack ist einfach himmlisch – die Balance zwischen süß und leicht bitterem Espresso ist perfekt getroffen. Ich kann das Mila Bistro jedem wärmstens empfehlen, der in Bozen unterwegs ist. Ob für einen Kaffee, ein Dessert oder eine volle Mahlzeit – hier wird man nicht enttäuscht. Ein Ort, den ich definitiv wieder besuchen werde! Tipp: Unbedingt das Tiramisu Espresso probieren – ein Genuss, den man nicht...
