We decided to go home and cook spaghetti - before we finished eating. The food quality was good, but not overly delicious. The portion size just rude. On my table, you can see the 4 remaining of 6 thin cuts of Roastbeef, next a single sliced potato. 16€. On the right my girlfriends portion: a cup of gnocchi, less volume than the beer in my glass. 15€. On the rear right, above the glasses: 4 cuts of eggplant. 15€. After complaining about the portion size, I was told I can order another portion. I would need 3 of these servings to not be hungry anymore. My 49kg girlfriend who normally gives me half of her portion said she also wants some spaghetti at home afterwards. And she had the largest portion by calories. I understand that meat portions can be smaller, but putting a single sliced potato as side dish is just rude. There was bread, it was okay, but not delicious. A bit dry - and I do not go into a restaurant to then eat mostly average bread. The restaurant has portion sizes as in the haute cuisine, but then you sit at a 15 degree angle as the floor is tilted and the wooden blocks under the table are still too small, while you consume your average food in 3 bites. At least the ambiente was good, if you look over the fact that you sit at an angle. Overall the worst food experience since a very long time.

Restaurantul traditional de tara , mic si cochet (asemeni celor care mai pot fi vazute doar in vechi filme italiene), Etta Enosteria este potrivit celor care, aflati in zonele colinare ale Liguriei, vor sa descopere bucataria locala autentica. Are mese (nu multe) in interior dar si cateva in exterior, in fata cladirii, fiind frecventat atat de catre localnici cat si de turisti. Atmosfera afara este - vara, evident - superba, mesele sunt asezate intr-o mica piata (unde se poate parca masina) langa care se afla o biserica frumos luminata seara, case vechi si, in apropiere, o mica apa curgatoare. Preparatele specifice locului sunt foarte bine gatite dar oferite in portii nu foarte mari, motiv pentru care poate ar fi recomandat sa se inceapa cu un starter (prima parte a meniului scris pe tabla - vezi poza) urmat apoi de un fel principal. Superba trippa (burta vaca) cu guanciale (gusa de porc), gnocci cu carne de iepure sau Tiramisu (pregatit in cel mai autentic mod). Vinul rosu este mai bun decat cel alb, fara ca acesta din urma sa fie totusi de evitat. Owner-ul zgomotos, volubil (in cel mai pur stil italian) si vesel face ca sederea oaspetilor sa fie foarte placuta, fiind completat discret de catre ceilalti membri ai personalului. O experienta inedita si un loc unde se poate reveni cu placere!

Un ambiente familiare, piccolo ma delizioso. In effetti in un paesino così piccolo ci sono tante cose belle, e buone. Etta Enosteria è una di queste. Una decina di tavoli all'interno e altrettanti all'esterno e se piove all'improvviso... si sfruttano i portici. Conduzione familiare, papà e mamma al servizio e figlio in cucina, e con ottimi risultati. Menù tradizionale e sfizioso e ti viene voglia di mangiare tutto. Buona scelta, piatti ricchi e saporiti annaffiati da buon vino e da un buon oste che fa gli onori di casa e sa fare il suo lavoro. Val la pena andare lì apposta per conoscerli e provare le loro specialità. Per sicurezza meglio prenotare.

Un ambiente familiare, piccolo ma delizioso. In effetti in un paesino così piccolo ci sono tante cose belle, e buone. Etta Enosteria è una di queste. Una decina di tavoli all'interno e altrettanti all'esterno e se piove all'improvviso... si sfruttano i portici. Conduzione familiare, papà e mamma al servizio e figlio in cucina, e con ottimi risultati. Menù tradizionale e sfizioso e ti viene voglia di mangiare tutto. Buona scelta, piatti ricchi e saporiti annaffiati da buon vino e da un buon oste che fa gli onori di casa e sa fare il suo lavoro. Val la pena andare lì apposta per conoscerli e provare le loro specialità. Per sicurezza meglio prenotare.

Even though, for a family with smaller children, the menu is pretty limited we found something for everyone. They made gnochi for our youngest with only tomatoe sauce. The wine was delicious, the food we had also. And the service was very good and nice. The restaurant was fully booked, but the person responsible organised another table and within 5 minutes we had a wonderful cozy table for us three.
