Sono stata in questo ristorante con il mio fidanzato un paio di settimane fa perché avevamo trascorso il weekend lì vicino. Ci era stato consigliato da dei famigliari e abbiamo deciso di ordinare la loro pizza d'asporto, aiutati anche dal loro post su Facebook con menù e dettagli sul come fare l'ordinazione: che dire, veramente buona e gustosa se non una delle pizze più buone che abbia mai mangiato in un ristorante! Lo staff è stato molto gentile e soprattutto veloce nel lasciarci le pizze calde e fumanti. Wir haben an einem Tag, an dem sehr viel Betrieb war, im Edelweiss zu Mittag gegessen. Das Essen war wirklich lecker - regional und frisch zubereitet. Leider gab es keine halben bzw. Kinderportionen. Das Essen kam recht schnell, jedoch war durch die rege Betriebsamkeit eine sehr angespannte Stimmung unter dem Personal zu bemerken. Man hatte das Gefühl, dass man lieber kein zweites Getränk oder ein Dessert bestellen sollte, bzw. wäre dies kaum möglich gewesen, da man die Bedienungen nur im Vorbeieilen gesehen hat. Ich verstehe, dass es stressig ist, wenn viele Gäste da sind, jedoch gehört es meiner Meinung nach auch zu einem gemütlichen Essen im Restaurant dazu, dass vom Service eine gewisse Ruhe und Verfügbarkeit...
