Taverna Brigantia — Restaurant in Brovello-Carpugnino

Very happy we found this place. Everything was perfect here. The food selection was admittedly not too broad, however both my wife and I had no difficulty finding something we liked here. The food was not the plain and boring stuff you can find other places but refreshingly unique. For example there was no pizza on the menu but there was a nice flat beard with prosciutto, spinach and Buffalo cheese which fulfills the same sort of food category but with a very cool twist. The quality of the food was great! The host was very nice and added to the cozy, intimate atmosphere. Everything was very clean. For example the wine glasses they put in front of us were sparkling crystal clean (unlike most other places which will either have finger prints or a haze on them). The eating area was very nearly decorated inside too!...

I've been in this place and it's wonderful because you sit in the middle of the nature and that's always a great thing. I have to say without doubt that the food served is amazing but, you know, in order to believe me you'll have to try it out. What's even more impressive it's the behavior that all the team has towards their clients and the services provided for example on Saturday's there's live music. They make you feel like you're a guest The great food and the behavior of the team makes me have the desire to highly recommend...

Mi dispiace ma non posso dare un giudizio positivo e questa vuole essere una critica costruttiva. Come prima esperienza presso questo pub siamo rimasti delusi, in occasione della celebrazione di Ostara. 1 ora e 55 minuti di attesa per mangiare un panino con patatine, con la motivazione che, a pranzo, eravamo arrivati tutti alla stessa ora (non so cosa ci si aspettasse, forse che la gente avrebbe pranzato alle 16 o alle 12 con il cambio all'ora legale della sera prima, la vedo davvero difficile). Mancanza di organizzazione, nessuno che si sia scusato o ci abbia chiesto com'è andata. I nostri piatti sono arrivati quando fuori stavano suonando, così ci siamo pure persi l'intrattenimento. Sicuramente è un posto che non consiglio di visitare in occasione di eventi, servirebbe potenziare il personale in cucina perché è stato davvero deludente. Noi venivamo da lontano apposta e non ce la sentiamo di ritentare la sorte, abbiamo vicino delle opzioni valide e meno costose. Illuminazione interna che consiglio di rivalutare in quanto non ottimale per persone con difficoltà visive, ma questo è soggettivo. In giornate normali non saprei dire se ne vale la pena, dalle altre recensioni direi di sì. Passando al cibo, mi sento di fare i complimenti per il pane al carbone, è la prima volta che ne mangio uno che non si sbriciola in continuazione.
