Brava Paoletta, insieme a Matilde ha ridato vita al Bar Bianco, ristrutturazione dell'ex latteria di Budoia. L' accogliente bar ha mantenuto anche il richiamo delle antiche botteghe di paese dove trovi prodotti enogastronomici tipici locali e anche chicche che nel nostro Bel Paese non mancano. Ottimo luogo di ristoro ed approvvigionamento per chi si avventura nei numerosi sentieri di trekking, mountain bike e ciclisti.

Potrebbe sembrare un bar come molti altri ma si distingue innanzitutto per la gentilezza cortesia e disponibilità della bravissima bar-lady nei confronti dei clienti, per l'ottima qualità e vasta scelta dei prodotti alimentari della zona che propone e per la bella vista che si gode sorseggiando un buon bicchiere di prosecco!😉

This is a modern bar with a surprising menu that satisfies you any time of the day. Try one of the outstanding breakfast items! You have a few choices: American breakfast, pancake breakfast, or traditional Italian breakfast. For lunch, you can pick up a sandwich. For aperitivo, try the Taglieri (plate with salami and cheese assortments). At the bar and around the store, you will find several organic (bio) products including cheeses, butter, salami (various types), beer and wine. You'll also find specialties on occasion, such as Bacala (fish), tripe (typical Friuli dish), or something sweet like Fritelle (similar to donut holes) with raisins and powdered sugar.
