Caffè Nautilus — Restaurant in Budune/Budoni

Serata spiacevole! Mi sono recata presso il nautilius in mattinata ho parlato con la proprietaria e ho prenotato un tavolo, evidentemente la signora non sempre ben disposta si è dimenticata di segnarlo, siamo Andati a cena e i camerieri ci hanno fatto accomodare fuori poiché non avevano trovato la mia prenotazione che ho fatto alla signora Franca la mattina stessa! . Maleducati e scortesi potevano scusarsi e rimediare, visto che siamo clienti da una vita e molto probabilmente gli abbiamo lasciato troppi soldini, visto che di ristoranti A PORTO OTTIOLU NON MANCANO, consiglio vivamente di recarvi da chi la passione e la gentilezza non li ha ancora perduti! MODIFICO in base alla vostra risposta, ho prenotato una cena alla proprietaria il mattino, per la sera stessa, oltre ad esservi sbagliati invitandomi ad alzarmi poichè non avevate posto perchè evidentemente si era dimenticata di segnare la mia prenotazione, e viste tutte le volte che ho portato amici e clienti, sottolineo il fatto che avete fatto alzare due signore dal tavolo delle cene NONOSTANTE ABBIAMO PRENOTATO E LA SIGNORA CI HA CONFERMATO IL POSTO non ho sentito il dovere di pagarvi appositamente due spritz :) visto che sono sempre stata vostra gentile cliente! Per tanto oltre ad aver fatto alzare due signore per vostra negligenza, e visto che non abbiamo nemmeno cenato grazie agli errori? o ad una svista vostra, cadere per due spritz ...un locale aperto da tutti questi anni come il vostro non dovrebbe cadere così di stile per due aperitivi! :)

I recently had a disappointing experience at a restaurant that I wouldn’t recommend. The service was poor, there were long wait times, and it was not child-friendly. We had to wait a long time for a server to take our order, and the food was ok. Overall, I would not recommend this restaurant due to its poor service, lack of child-friendliness, and long wait times. We didn’t get enough cutlery for the Food and the Service fee was higher than in any other Location we have been to which was Ironic because we didn‘t get any proper Service … There are better options available in the area. Visited twice once in a party of 8 then returned as a couple. I really enjoyed the atmosphere on the marina 10 metres from moored boats and yachts. A lot of fish on the menu however I took Fillet Steak and Steak Tartare , both Fantastic. Wines were just superb , a bit hefty at €32 for one and €48 and €50 but worth it. Service is marked down because when we returned as a couple the waiter left us waiting to be seated for over half an hour. It appeared they were uncertain as to who'se station we were to be seated .
