I love Italian food—but you can’t even call this food. I wouldn’t even compare it to microwave meals.
I ordered the seafood risotto, and it was beyond disappointing. On top of that, there's a 15% service charge, which I normally wouldn’t mind if the food was actually good. Yes, the staff were friendly, but unfortunately, that’s not enough to make up for such a poor dining experience.
Message to the owner: You are doing a disservice to Italian cuisine. If you genuinely think this is acceptable food, then either you don’t care or you’re deliberately scamming people. I’ve read some of the other 1-star reviews, and instead of improving your food, you seem more focused on arguing back. That says everything.

Thank you for your reply. I now understand that the seafood risotto I ordered was a frozen meal reheated in the microwave—this was not made clear to me at the time of ordering, but I appreciate the explanation.
First of all, I want to repeat that the staff were very friendly and professional, and I’ve said that from the beginning. My review was not about them—it was about the food.
You say you're a bar, not a restaurant, but that shouldn't matter. Whether it’s a bar, a pub, or a high-end restaurant, if you're serving food to customers, it should be good.
I’m sure your platters and sandwiches with fresh Sardinian ingredients are tasty—that's likely what the 5-star reviews are for. And honestly, most of us can prepare something similar at home with decent ingredients.
But in this case, the issue wasn't just that my dish was microwaved. The taste was extremely poor. If you personally enjoy that risotto, I’m surprised—especially if you're Italian. Maybe it’s time to reconsider your supplier or at least take the time to taste everything you serve.
I wouldn’t eat that even if it were free—I’d rather starve. I only tried it and then left it there.
As I mentioned before, I have no problem with a 15% service charge when the food justifies it. But unfortunately, this time it didn’t.
I never wrote my review to attack your business. I just wanted to share my honest experience and maybe help you see what some of your customers are really experiencing. Listening to feedback is more powerful than dismissing...

I appreciate that you have detailed menus and signage, and I understand your desire for transparency. However, my review was based on my genuine disappointment with the quality and value of the meal I received, not on a misunderstanding of the menu or pricing.
While the menu may have indicated that the chicken was frozen, the actual product and presentation did not meet my expectations for a €17 dish. My intention was not to be unfair or exaggerated, but to share my honest experience so that others can make an informed decision.
I hope you will take my feedback into consideration as you continue to serve your customers. I wish you all the best.
Disappointing Experience – Felt Completely Ripped Off
I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience at OASI BEACH deserves one. I ordered what was listed as chicken breast on the menu for €17. What I received instead was a couple of sad, supermarket-style frozen chicken strips and a portion of frozen vegetables with diced potatoes. To call it a meal would be generous.
The final bill came to around €25, including a beer and a 15% service charge, which only added insult to injury. I’ve honestly never felt more robbed at a restaurant.
Definitely not worth the price or the visit. There are far better places to...
Read moreI don't usually write negative reviews but I'm writing this one because I want to warn the tourists that this is a scam. As a Chef and Sommelier who works hard in the industry, I feel obliged to do that. they’re going to serve you precooked pasta for €12 per portion without mentioning anywhere that everything Is heated up in the microwave. We ordered 2 portions of pasta and it was ready in 3 minutes, it was also overcooked. I'll let you make your conclusions. The menu listed at least 7 different portions of pasta, but only 4 were available, I don’t understand why in a region like Sardinia where you have at your disposal lots of fresh ingredients you serve this kind of shameful food, it would be more than enough to have a small menu with a maximum of 10 dishes but well made. All in all, they charged us (like stated on the menu, at least this) a 15% service charge, we had disposal cutlery and the facilities are not equipped with toilets, the first available toilet was at 300mt into another bar that charged me €1 for what is been the most expensive poop...
